Hi for this week I am posting another very affordable project which i recently visited located near Canduman, Mandaue City on the hilly part of Casili, Mandaue. A lot of prospects I've met are always seeking for the most affordable units in the most proximate location in the city. Unfortunately, it's hard to think that way as prices become higher as you are nearer to the city. That's just how real estate valuation is and you can't do anything about it! In most cases, most known projects in Mandaue area have price ranges at P2M up. Aint that high?? For the middle-income earner it's a pain in the ass to have very high amortization to pay monthly. For those who want to own property near the Mandaue area and do not prefer to live in Liloan because you feel like it's too far, here's another project you can check. It's name is Villa Vanessa by Kenrich Housing, a developer who has been known for affordable projects all over Cebu. In fact, my office mate owns a unit in one of their projects and more than affordability they offer flexibility as you are allowed to modify your unit whichever way you want. All their projects are bare units and once this has been endorsed to you officially, you can do anything with it (place a terrace, have a covered car garage, do landscaping, extend your house, build another floor,etc.). Another thing, the lot cuts they offer are usually bigger than standard. Today, most rowhouse projects have 40sq m cuts but Villa Vanessa offers a rowhouse cut at 48 sq m which means you have an extra lot to play around. So much for the talk here are the pics and details:
