A blessed Sunday to all my readers as I made this blog. Alongside the affordable projects which i have featured in Mandaue area namely: Grand Terrace and Villa Vanessa, here's another one which is a premium project of Priva Community, sister company of Dreambuilders Inc.

Antonioville is the name of the subdivision which is among the pioneer projects of Priva Community. Dream Builders previous projects have nice,modern designs. When you check on the site address of Antonioville, you will not be able to see the model house but rather an open lot with the standing billboard about the project. Why? Because this project is still in it's pre-selling state, exactly the reason why it's price is still affordable despite the premium look and it's proximate location. They will start by this year the modification of the lands covered to fit the development plan of the project. Anyway, here are the details and pics I got for your appreciation. They have 5 models designs: Anna, Bella, Cora, Dulce 1 and Dulce 2. Unfortunately, if you will be eyeing on Bella Model, all units were already taken during the open launch of the project. Judging from above's details, Antonioville Subdivision has a premium look. In terms of location, this one is nearer than the Villa Vanessa project and it's a gated community. Villa Vanessa is an open community with no perimeter fence but of course it's more affordable and with bigger lot area. In comparison to Grand Terrace which features several models too, Antonioville's 2-storey models are available for pag-ibig financing. Grand Terrace only offers the 1-storey Sunset Model by pag-ibig financing. Their other 2-storey projects are only available through in-house financing. The downside with Antonioville is the time element as the project is still in pre-selling state and they have yet to start construction by next year. Both Villa Vanessa and Grand Terrace have already started building their houses. Both Grand Terrace and Antonioville do not entertain modification of their houses as part of the agreement. On the other hand, Villa Vanessa is very flexible you can revise the unit.
Just like cellphone models, you can't have everything! All you can do is select which model best fits your needs, wants and future plans. But one thing is for sure, real estate prices are soaring fast and good locations are running out. The more affordable one's are getting farther away from the city.
