Villa Lara Subdivision Cheapest Affordable 1-Storey House and Lot for Sale in Liloan, Cebu

        Recently, I met a client who had hard demands that I look for a 2-storey townhouse with a price which is lower than 600k. In this time of rising real estate prices in Cebu, you wouldn't find one. And so I took my time to really search and along the way found a really good bargain when I knew about Villa Lara Subdivision priced at only P510,000. 
       
      Villa Lara subdivision is a socialized housing project located in Liloan Cebu. The good thing about is it's a one-storey townhouse with a high ceiling making it ready for a second-floor in case you decide to in the future.  The lot area for the unit is 48 sq. meters bigger than most townhouses i have seen with lot areas at 40 sq. meters  only.  This allows you to have a provision for car garage and you can even opt to extend it and place a  balcony or terrace. Other than that, the extra lot area allows you to create enhancements to improve the look of your house. 
        
       What striked me the most is you can avail the house at pag-ibig payment of only 2,350 per month. For starters who continue to rent a house but end up flushing money and not owning the house, this one is a better and wiser investment. 

Why rent when you can own it !
