The good thing about is it's a one-storey townhouse with a high ceiling making it ready for a second-floor in case you decide to in the future. This allows you to have a provision for car garage and you can even opt to extend it and place a balcony or terrace. What striked me the most is you can avail the house at pag-ibig payment of only 2,350 per month. For starters who continue to rent a house but end up flushing money and not owning the house, this one is a better and wiser investment.
