CKL Homes Affordable House and Lot for Sale in Lapulapu, Cebu

             Here's another affordable project in Lapulapu located in Agus, Lapulapu City: CKL Homes is based in an area where I am very familiar with since we just live nearby.  Trust me I can very well describe the surrounding location in terms of accessibility. This project is strategically close to church (Marigondon Church), close to beach spots (Bahia Resort, Hadsan Beach Resort  and Imperial Palace) and close to Agus Public Market which is just 5 mins from the project. No problem with regards to public transport as the place is just close to Mactan Tourism Highway where you can take a one-ride jeepney directly linking to Mandaue. You can take 2 routes either through Mactan Coastal Road or take a tricycle ride to MEPZ 2 Tamiya Terminal but would take several rides. Two grocery stores are in the vicinity: Metro Fresh and Savemore Maribago. The place is not so crowded with a breath of fresh air and pretty laid back environment. Also if you wanna be near beach resorts in Lapulapu, this is the place to be.

Villa Lara Subdivision Cheapest Affordable 1-Storey House and Lot for Sale in Liloan, Cebu

        Recently, I met a client who had hard demands that I look for a 2-storey townhouse with a price which is lower than 600k. In this time of rising real estate prices in Cebu, you wouldn't find one. And so I took my time to really search and along the way found a really good bargain when I knew about Villa Lara Subdivision priced at only P510,000. 
       
      Villa Lara subdivision is a socialized housing project located in Liloan Cebu. The good thing about is it's a one-storey townhouse with a high ceiling making it ready for a second-floor in case you decide to in the future.  The lot area for the unit is 48 sq. meters bigger than most townhouses i have seen with lot areas at 40 sq. meters  only.  This allows you to have a provision for car garage and you can even opt to extend it and place a  balcony or terrace. Other than that, the extra lot area allows you to create enhancements to improve the look of your house. 
        
       What striked me the most is you can avail the house at pag-ibig payment of only 2,350 per month. For starters who continue to rent a house but end up flushing money and not owning the house, this one is a better and wiser investment. 

Why rent when you can own it !

Grand Terrace Subdivision- Affordable House and Lot for Sale in Mandaue/Consolacion

         Hi it's me Adz, your real estate buddy. I'm back with another post. My mission in this blog is to share my honest, personal account of projects I've visited and not just plainly tell you  what the project is and it's features. That will give you a better glimpse of what's in store. For most of us, we  would prefer living in the metropolis because this is usually near our work, near to opportunities. However, it's ultra expensive already to acquire properties in these locations. Fortunately, I was able to take a peek at a project with a very strategic location, boundary between Mandaue and Consolacion at a very affordable price. As we very well know, these prime locations have increased in terms of real estate valuations because of the progress of the area like the opening of SM Consolacion and other developments.
   
       The project's name is Grand Terrace Subdivision. I'll be featuring their Sunset Model which is priced at only 600,000 finished unit  located at Casili, Consolacion. Currently, the means of transport to the interior location is through the local "habal-habal" which would take less than 15 mins from the main road. You can either take the route from Consolacion Hiway or through Canduman and Talamban route. Not to worry a lot of residential projects are being drilled in the area, hence, roadwork will be in placed and the value of the area will appraise. It's perfect for investment. It's good enough for starting couples. So much for the talk =) Below are the details and pics I got.
